Hi there - any idea why my hamstrings want to cramp doing this? It's almost instantly.. on the floor it's alright, but on the ball my hamstrings just take over/cramp.

"Keep your ribs down as you raise your hips" -- you must mean shoulders, right? How would I keep my ribs down while doing this? That's not what the lady does.
