I've started NLA for her pre-workout and thinking about the Whey Protein. The L.A. Fit Expo is next week so hopefully I get to try it out before purchasing! Great freaking vid! GAINS!!!!

How many hours apart do you space your meals out? And do you find that whey makes women gain mass more? I'm trying to lean out so I'm not trying to bulk... Thoughts??
