Beginners Guide to Nootropic Stacks

If you are new to nootropics, and don’t know where to start, this video is for you.

First, we'll cover what a nootropic is and what it isn't as defined by Dr. Giurgea who developed Piracetam in 1963. And who coined the term "nootropic" that we still use today.

In this video we'll put together a simple nootropic stack based on Dr. Giurgea's criteria. A safe nootropic stack that will:

1. Enhance concentration and focus
2. Improve your mood and lower anxiety
3. Increase your energy without irritability and avoid a crash when it wears off
4. Boost your memory
5. Reduce stress and fatigue
6. Boost learning ability

You will also learn how each ingredient in this stack works in synergy. And how some nootropics have a cumulative effect and work better over time with consistent daily dosing.

You'll learn how to distinguish between water soluble and fat-soluble nootropics. And how to accurately measure nootropic powders instead of buying capsules or tablets if you want to save some money.

This beginners nootropic stack video includes:

I have gut problems. I've had digestive issues since taking antibiotics almost a year ago. Nothing helps. I've exhausted stomach medications. I'm not taking anything now but I can't digest my food. I power walk 3 miles a day and I eat only organic whole foods. I'm not on any prescription medications except Ambien for sleep because of the stomach issues that keep me awake at night. I plan to fast starting tomorrow as a last resort. I'm so depressed at this point. I take probiotics. Nothing is helping. Do you have a suggestion?

AWESOME !!! Thank You !!!

I have a question ???

Thanks to listening to your Videos I've been able to Improve my Health over the last few years.

I was even able to raise my Testosterone level from 450 to 750 as well as my Free T because it is Directly Associated with the Brain Function.

I know that Enlarged Prostate is Also Directly Related to Brain, Pituitary etc

Do you have any videos on Noo Tropics about this ???

Urologist say it's a MYSTERY and Treat the Symptons.

But I know that by Treating the Brain & Pituitary which Control the Hormones - Enlarged Prostate can be Remedied.

Some of the Culprits are Cortisol & Estrogen.

Using DIM by NOW & Ashwagandha from viewing one your Videos has been a Tremendous HELP

Thank You Again for All your Wonderful Video ...

Hello. I have been watching a lot of your videos lately trying to figure out the best stack for an ex-alcoholic and coming off of kratom for 4 years. I believe I have damaged my brains ability to naturally be happy. I bought DLPA to help with kratom withdrawal and am about to purchase 5htp. Would these two work at least for awhile to boost seratonin/dopamine levels? After I’m off kratom, should I move to L-tyrosine even though I eat Keto and lots of protein? How do I know if I need seratonin or dopamine? I know opioids destroy the brain too so would you recommend lions mane to regrow neurons??? Please help with a 3-4 product stack to heal from years of abuse. Thanks!!!

Im wondering what is a replacement for an adult who wants to break the habit forming prescription regimen, amphetamines? I don't like that without them I will not do one bit of housework. I will go shopping, I can go to work. But I have so much to do at home that I'm feeling tied to amphetamines for life. It's not a realistic way to keep the homestead in order!
