When doing deadlifts, where on your foot should you feel the pressure? Ideally, it seems like it should be on the midfoot, but I find it difficult to feel the pressure there. I mostly feel around 60-70% of the pressure on the balls of my feet and the remaining 30-40% elsewhere. Is that okay?
