Somewhere I learned to pull shoulders back at the top at same time as thrusting hips forward. Unfortunately, I do not know if it was good or bad advice on form. Is there any benefit or detriment to pulling shoulders back?

I just started deadliftling and i bend my knees itleast 90 degrees till i feell my glutes and hams stretch ..this guy is only going 110 degrees maybee..??
