The classic club is still one of my favorite cold sandwiches. The ones I used to get at a local shop were so thick they may as well have been a Dagwood. A hot ham and cheese with provolone, Swiss, crisp lettuce, and mayo on toast is also amazing! 😊

I have learnt so many small adjustments to my cooking from this man Sonny. From Rosmary salt, spiced up rice. Even seasoning my Tommys 🍅. My wish would be to cooked for by this guy. Nothing Ted 🧸 crazed fan stuff. Just normal dinner party vibe.

protip: if you put the lettuce under the tomato, it can reduce the potential for tomato juice making the bread soggy (not a problem if youre going to eat the sandwich right away, but great if you want to prep the 'wich ahead of time for some reason) (source: had to prep grab and go BLTs in a kitchen at an old job and my boss told me that this was how/why to do it)
