I really loved what you did with the banana leaf. I’m Puerto Rican and we us the banana leaf in cooking too. It gives the food a great aroma and flavor. Especially when you use it over an open wood flame. It was very interesting to see how you used it. Now I will experiment more with it. Thank you for sharing. 🤗I love food and cooking .
