Creamy Beef Shells || Quick & Easy || Dinner Recipe Ideas
This recipe is the perfect weekday dinner because not only is it super fast to prepare, it is also super delicious!! The sauce has a tiny bit of cream and shredded cheese inside. It is just so heavenly delicious, after your first bite you'll be going back for more!
Ingredients:
1/2 pound Pasta Shells
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 lb Ground Beef
1/2 onion chopped
2 cloves Garlic
1 Tbs Italian seasoning
Salt & Pepper
2 Tbs Flour
15 ounce Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup cheddar cheese
Directions:
Boil the pasta according to the directions on the package and drain.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the ground beef with chopped onions until brown and onions are translucent.
Add the chopped garlic and season everything well.
Push the mixture to the side and add the flour to the pan. Heat it up a few minutes stirring until it's slightly browned.
Gradually whisk in the beef broth and tomato sauce and bring to a simmer, mixing until its slightly thickened.
Stir in the heavy cream, pasta and shredded cheese and mix until fully combined.
Sauce will thicken as it sits. Enjoy!
