Easy Creamy Beef and Shells | So Good, You'll Want to Make it Every Week

This hearty and flavorful pasta dish is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal. The ground beef is cooked in a creamy sauce with tomato, herbs, and cheese, and then tossed with pasta shells. It's rich, cheesy, and satisfying, and everyone will love it!
Ingredients: Serves 4
• 12 oz of medium pasta shells (cook per package instructions)
• 1 pound ground beef (lean)
• ½ onion, chopped
• 24 oz of your favorite tomato sauce
• 1 pint of heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 TBSP of olive oil
• 1 cup of grated Parmesan Cheese
• TBSP of Parsley (chopped)
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, add olive oil and onion and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat
2. Add ground beef, salt and pepper and cook until brown. Drain off any excess grease.
3. Add tomato sauce and heavy cream cook until boiling (Frequently stirring)
4. Add cooked pasta shells in sauce and let cook for 2 minutes )Frequently stirring)
5. Add parmesan cheese turn off heat and toss to coat the shells
6. Serve immediately
