Quick Creamy Beef Pasta 🧀 #shorts

Delicious,easy and quick creamy beef pasta ‼️Check out my YouTube channel for the full recipe ✌️

Ingredients:
1 onion
1 tbsp of olive oil
Add 500 g beef mince
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tablespoons plain flour
350 g of your favourite tomato sauce
150 ml beef stock
salt
250 g casarecce pasta
150 ml of heavy cream
100 g of mature cheddar cheese

I just tried this recipe and it was delicious 🤤!!
I made a few changes, I cooked the pasta in the meat sauce. My pasta needed 3 minutes to cook and that was adequate time. Absolutely delicious 😋

Made this with a little twist tonight. It was delicious with a great texture. I never though to add water (or broth) to the mix to make it more creamy, which I like my pasta to be. *chefs kiss*

Raw stringy ground beef must be smooshed thoroughly together before cooking, so it doesn't look like wormy.
