For those who can't be bothered to look into this before judging her rescuer, here's a description from his youtube page.

'Petunia came to us mechanically blind and deaf from obesity affecting the use of those sensory organs. We soon realized that the extreme July heat was also affecting her breathing. The sudden change in her diet sent her into a diabetic shock and near coma which forced us to give her the same sugary foods that got her this way in the first place. Being so weak and low in blood sugar made her unable to make her way to her water trough and she became dehydrated, to the extent that she had to take fluids intravenously. Everything was complicated even more with being separated from her previous owner and the people who had loved her from birth and not knowing who her new owners were or the fellow animals she now shared a home with. Pigs are sensitive creatures and it was obvious that with all the combined stress she had entered a world of depression. There were a couple of days that we wondered if they might be her last. '
