For those who are complaining, and those who are curious: This is DARK CHOCOLATE.  This looks to be like 80-90% DARK CHOCOLATE.  If you do not like that high of a %, do not make this. This WILL NOT taste like a hershey bar.

I was referring to chocolate in general. Some dark chocolate isnt good for you, it depends on the ingredients. So get ALL the facts straight.

Thanks for watching :)

Hi Nick, thank you so much! After two years on low carb, I cannot use Erythritol of Allulose. So I’m very glad to see this recipe, and that I can use Stevia drops.

Since I’m not having sugar or any sweeteners, dark chocolate is beginning to taste better!

I’m going to try a batch and then break out my chocolate chip bowl that I bought before I got digestive issues from Erythritol and Allulose

Thank you!

Vanilla is actually a component that enhances chocolate flavor. It is in basically every chocolate item they make today.

For best results, use coco butter instead of coconut oil

Extra Virgin Coconut Oil does stay solid at Room-temp. The one I use is Nutiva and it is organic, unrefined, and cold-pressed, I keep at room temp most of the time and it does not melt unless i heat it up or it gets too hot in my house.

its actually really nice but most people are used to store bought chocolate that has all the extras in it

looks great. keep in mind that legally if it has no cocoa butter it is not chocolate.
what you made is more like the topping for icecream, known as "Compound chocolate".
also - you might want to add a tiny amount of salt. (you will have to melt it in water base, maybe the vanilla extract?)

Sounds good. Is it sweet enough & can you taste the coconut? I do like coconut so it sounds good to me.

Nicko I remember you having an older, less unhealthier version of a Chocolate bar. It's great to see that you're trying your best to create recipes that are healthy without compromising flavour!

Hey Nicko I am anxious about using that much coconut oil. If I use half the amount, will it affect the texture?
