I made this recipe because I was only wanting a small amount. So I can highly recommend this recipe to others. The secret to the sauce is the reducing it down whilst constantly stirring. Then you end up with a delicious and luscious sauce that anybody would love. With mine as I always do, whether I'm making caramel or chocolate sauce I always add in a tablespoon of butter at the end.
