Sleep deprivation have always been my issue because of too much attachment with social media. I quit social media a month ago and I'm already seeing improvements with my sleep schedule.

It also empowered me to make time for skills development. With that, I finally decided to start my own channel. I just started creating and posting content that are all about what happened exactly today years ago. Any support will be appreciated.

Make it a habit and your life will be much better! Especially for the younger ones reading this.
Start liddle exercising in the morning, have a good nutrition and get all your vitamins and minerals! Start a healthy and good sleep and have a very good body and oral posture! Its very important and more important for someone, who's still growing like teenagers. I guarantee, if you're doing it for some months and years, your life will be so much better! Increase in confidence, boost for your personality, good increase in moods and productivity, a healthy, good performing and good developed body. Good facial features and of course, stay hydrated, please drink water, A LOT OF WATER. Btw, please start learning how to walk and breath properly! Too many people are breathing and walking wrong, i dont know if I should cry or laugh.
To all who are breathing through their mouths, you're fucking up your health and your whole face! REALLY, GO AND WATCH HOW TO BREATH PROPERLY!
