i started with thousand skipping a day ..and now i am doing 5000 a day ...its been 15 days since i started ..and i reduced to much ..i am doing muscle training too ..i was at 91 when i started skipping ..now i am 85...k kgs in around 15 days ...some day i do 3000 if i feel week ..or else i ll do 5000-6000...to loose weight i would recommend doing more than 2000 ..u can do 300 at a time and do for 6-7 rounds ...i normally do 500 and for 10 times now a days ..

Without dieting I have jumped 3000times at once this way for 1.6 year it only made me smart and healthy but not fat lose. Dieting is necessary, warm up like 100 10mins break for every warm up don't sit move here and there slowly then 200 and 300 then go for 3000, knees up to hip this helps in increasing the endurance in running
