Welcome back

All throughout many of our days we are rushing around. Our mindset ends up being "How much can I get done in the shortest amount of time possible".
I personally believe that the slower we move through our yoga practice the more attention we can bring to each and every moment, the more benefit we can get from it. The practice is meant to be a meditation so please show up and do your best to make it that way.

Would be awesome to have one specifically for relaxing & sleep....been having some trouble calming myself at night. 🙏
