Got 30 dollars off buying a "used" motherboard on Amazon resale, came in the original package, fully sealed with all it's packaged accessories. The only damage was a was single bent ARGB pin that I simply bent back into place. Some times you luck out

I've a seen a lot of people disappointed when buying used pc parts so i rather buy from retail stores

I’ve never had a problem with returned components or pre-owned components.

My latest build is actually 99% pre-owned from like 6 different PCs.

The only thing brand new is the SSD

Now think of buying a returned waterblock first and then hunt for used graphic card that fit the model, then hunt for new or used backplate to complete it. Block was $70, then $600 on 3080Ti. Luck on my side that the card was in mint condition, not used for mining or been abused (replaced pads with better Gelid and paste with Noctua), but also is able to be undervolted to 850mV with keeping stock clock (with huge headroom for OC) and with EK leak test I knew the block is okay. Then Amazon deal on brand new backplate. Original owner sent original receipt from 2 years ago for that card which was $1840 brand new.
