Read is accused of murdering her boyfriend, Boston Police Officer John O’Keefe, whose body was found in the snow outside of another Boston officer’s home in Canton, Massachusetts.

This Dr. Green guy is ADORABLE!!!! 🥰 💙 I mean seriously!!!! Lally is trying SO HARD to make him look like a fool, yet he remains completely and utterly respectful. I found him to be very genuine as to his entire testimony.

I’m a little behind on today’s witnesses… but the defenses first witness seems totally credible to me, the police report was wrong because Proctor did the police report and didn’t even get the plow drivers statement until after the defense found him, Proctor knew the plow driver would destroy his case so put the wrong times in the report, now Lally is trying to make it like the plow driver is not credible when Proctor was the one with the reason to lie and change the time

It’s gross that prosecutors are allowed to ask all kids of questions to make her look bad and try to discredit her yet the defense was literally blocked from asking questions that directly pertain to her expertise. Why doesn’t the judge want the jury to hear all relevant truth??
