WOW- 1) Judge upheld 2d murder charge despite no evidence of intent to kill & 2) refused to give spot-on Bowden instruction about “Omissions in Police Investigations.” Once again clearly abusing discretion in favor of prosecution & ensuring any conviction, however unlikely, is sure to be reversed on appeal.

Those accident reconstruction engineers basically destroyed the State's assertion that she hit him with her tail light at 24 mph and knocked him 30 feet into the front yard. The second engineer saying "you can't deny the science and physics." Boom. See ya!

No bruising?? Cell phone data tested using another version? Investigation was fixated on one person! There where many people leaving that house after KR, Did any of these vehicles get tested for DNA especially the plow jeep owned by BH? Too many questions to many variables, boils down to tunnel vision and a terrible investigation.
