Karen Read did not appear to be drunk, given the video, and no-one on the stand stated that she was that intoxicated. Jen McCabe was a terrible witness along with Brian Albert & Brian Higgins. The butt dials and the disposing of the phones made no sense.

This guy keeps talking about testimony says she was intoxicated at the bar. However, every single one of the people who were at the bar, including the bartender, testified she did NOT appear to be drunk.

There’s one horribly obvious concern yet to be addressed : where’s Trooper Proctor because this was a TERRIBLE investigation and that may bring us closer to the defense’s Cover UP theory! The snow plough, the dog and consciousness of guilt … are making me feel this is not just over-charging. I thought this was Ted at his best tonight! Good job Court TV and guests.

From the thumb nail question: Did he get hit by a plow. NO! And he didn't get hit by a car either! If he did his legs would be injured. John O'Keefe was beaten about the head and arms.

KR hit him. It was an accident. Why would she say to JMcCabe 'last time I saw him was at The Waterfall '? Why would she say 'Did I hit him?' Why would she go get 2 x 'friends' to go find him. And see him straight away as they drive past Fairview? Might’ve been an accident... but that's what happened IMO.

It's possible that the plow hit him, bc I grew up in NH and people have gotten hit and killed by plows during a. Bad storm I remember a man partying passes out on the road side walking home he was hot by the plow bc driver couldn't see him
