One day I wrote my nofap goals and decided that one of the very first things in to morning will be reading those reasons 3 times. Before that I relapsed like 5 times, and after writting that only 2 times, and today, while I am slowly approaching to my 60th day I managed to create some kind of a defend mechanism. Even If I would want to relapse, I simply couldn't do it, because when I feel the urge suddenly voice in my head tells: You don't want that.
And then I remember every single my nofap reason I set for myself in the very start. Although I achieved all my nofap goals I am still on this journey, because faping doesn't even feel natural to me anymore. I built my new life perfectly and my mind simply wouldn't want to sacrifice all of this for the 5 minutes of pleasure. We need to learn how to find pleasure and joy in everything in life, not just in sexual urges. We shouldn't please our bodies, because body is temporary, but what is inside of the person has the eternity.

Now when I feel the strongest urge and feel weak there’s The Mandalorian theme starts playing in my head, reminding me about the code of honor and that SR is the only way.
I guess I’ve watched too much of Mando these days. 😆 But what Bob said about forging an *emotional* connection of why you’ve began your journey is so very true and that’s why we need to wire it in our brains as brushing our teeth habit.

day 4 now :) i feel that this time i will beat my 12 days record :)
now i will try for 30days and then 60, 90 and then i will try to make it a lifestyle

edit: i didnt beat my record i relapsed on day 7 :(
because i was sexting with a girl on snapchat i now i feel so bad again
but i will try my best to beat my personal record :)
