The purpose of this meditation is to feel your inner "I", the "inner observer".
Focus on your physical body. This is your body, but you are not your body. Feel your breath, but you are not the breath. Actualize your feelings, but you are not your feelings. Be aware of your thoughts, but you are not your thought process.
In this way, disidentify yourself from all mental processes until you reach the feeling of a "I" that cannot be disidentified and whose only function is simply to "be".
Everything around is a movement of energy. In life, a person manifests, sees, touches, touches. Something feeds it, makes it stronger, something weakens it. For example, after fresh, tasty food, we are loaded, and after tasteless food, we feel worse.
On this channel, we will try to find out which videos bring you energy, which do not. And on what energy center (chakra) does this or that music, video appear.
