I tried your 6 veggie sauce & loved it. Will try this too. Although i fry the garlic later & add, don’t add it in the oven itself. I love fried garlic.

I'm stoked to see people using cashews in sauces. Cashews form the base of white Indian mother gravy. It takes whatever you're making to a whole another level. Dried muskmelon seeds too have a similar flavour profile along with an Umami taste. I'm definitely going to give this one a try!

It is very much similar to the standard indian gravy that's almost used regularly in my house. You can also try tossing some sauted tofu (originally we use Paneer) in it and enjoy it with Chapati!

Can you please post your recipes here? Its a challenge trying to find the full recipes and I've yet to find them. I do experiment and can figure out a lot but it would be nice if you did this. Many other cooks do include the text form in their comment area. Or could you let us know how to find them on your site?
