Do you struggle to get up & down from the ground?

Restoring this strength and mobility (so you can play with your grandkids, dig in the garden, or just know you can get up if you ever fall down) can be easier than you think…I promise!

It’s really just about meeting your body where you’re at right now. So if starting at ground level is too hard, you make the ‘ground’ higher by starting on a step or a pile of cushions!

Practice there regularly and you’ll be able to decrease the height of your supporting props over time.

👉🏻 This particular get-up can be good for folks with wrist, shoulder or knee stuff but it’s really challenging at ground level so don’t stress about whether you actually start on the floor!
