For Puff Pastry:
I use store bought puff pastry to make this delicacy.
Cut a sheet of puff pastry.  One piece is 8cm x 4cm.  Group them into 3 pastries for 3 layers of mille fuille.
 
\\ Ingredients (Pastry Cream)
300ml   Full Cream Milk
200ml   Heavy Whipping Cream
50g       Castor Sugar (add to milk)
1tsp      Vanilla Essence
4           Egg Yolks
50g       Castor Sugar (add to eggs)
40g Cornstarch
50g       Butter

Add whipped cream to make diplomat cream
300ml   Heavy Whipping Cream
30g Icing Sugar
 
For Garnishing:
Snow Powder/Icing Sugar
Raspberries
