Easy Thai Cashew Chicken Recipe |

Super Easy & Tasty Recipe !

Ingredients :

400g chicken breast fillet
3 garlic cloves
Onion, sliced
1/2 cup cashews
2 capsicums ( bell pepper )
Dried chillies
Spring Onion

Stir Fry Sauce :
3tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp honey / sugar
1 tsp dark sweet soy sauce
1/2 tsp cornstarch ( optional )

Instructions :

1. Stir fry the chicken, until half cooked. Set aside .
2. Add onion & garlic, sauté for half minute . Add the cashews and dried chillies , stir fry for another half minute . Add the bell peppers , cook for 1 minute.
3. Add the chicken and the stir fry sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce is thick. Toss through the spring onion and serve .
