You are 100% right, same thing applies for doctors. No one can guarantee a cure, but every body (doctors) treats with best of his/her abilities. But inspite of that if patient is not cured / dead, doctor is held responsible. Medical Science is so vast, there are numerous diseases, nobody can master it as a whole. But there shouldn't be less care & services.

There should be provision for taking action on the lawyer who fought against the truth and tried to manipulate it to save criminal.
No lawyer must not allowed to attempt to prove a criminal is innocent knowingly, if he or she already well aware of the truth.
If he or she tries to do so, then it should be considered as a punishable crime by default .
I think, judges don’t take actions on such lawyers who presents twisted truth by producing false docs or evidences, that’s why there is always delay in delivering justice.
Further there should be definite max time period to solve cases depending on their intensity.
A revolutionary change is required in current judiciary system so that everyone should have easy access and fast delivery of justice.
We all knows that there are so many innocents are put behind the bars for many years till the justice is done with them just because of lack of money and information and due to huge backlogs of previous cases.
What kind of blind and insensitive society we are living in? Why there is no have any agitation against it neither by mass leader or by common people? It’s been 75 years more for us to celebrate independence but we are still carrying burden of Britishers’ led system, why?
Is there any political party has kept this agenda in their manifesto? I just hope next govt ( probably Modi) will take a quick corrective action in its next tenure . I pray God 🙏.
