Yes, it's not the easiest thing to do but it's possible. Be sure that your facts are strong, that your evidence is stronger, and that your conviction and your ability to go throught the process is strongest. It will be a tought road.

this is BS if someone is being falsely accused of something the Accuser and Judge both should face consequences.

What if the prosecutor actually knows you are innocent, but knowingly suppress that evidence that clears you?

Section 1983 is what gives the people a cause of action against anyone acting under the color of law

We sued a couple of prosecutors along with the sheriff & deputy.
At first they used immunity as a defense.
Next, they offered us taxpayers money to agree all defendants are not responsible or guilty calling it a settlement hearing...the settlement bribe dismissal of all defendants makes our claim a lie?makes us liars for a bribe.
After 2 years they blamed subordinates through a summary judgment and the judge dismissed. We were falsely arrested & maliciously prosecuted as factually innocent.

Yep I’m being forced to face 90days for standing in a public courthouse lobby. The arresting officer(complainant), the prosecutor, and the judge are all buddies!

Sovereign immunity, present a complaint to the bar, go public, writ of mandamus, writ of probition, if they clearly break, they can be held accountable.

Since most judges and attorneys eat at the same places, and golf on the same golf courses, it's going to be tough convincing an attorney to sue his buddy.

My understanding is absolute immunity allows a judge to literally do and say anything they want so long as they're sitting on the bench when they do or say it. I understand needing some protection from disgruntled people, but wowzers can judges get away with just about anything even if they KNOW it's wrong, malicious, etc.

The "doctrine" of immunity is exactly that: a religious belief that has no basis in law or common sense. Imagine if a child told a parent that it had "immunity from accountability" every time they misbehaved. Or, imagine if a criminal told a judge that they had "immunity from accountability" every time they broke the law. It is incomprehensible to the human mind that a person cannot be held accountable for their malicious deeds.

It should be noted that this "doctrine" has not been established in any law, codified in any Congressional Act, and/or written in any Constitution anywhere. It is nothing more than a religious belief held by those who preside over the Cult of Court. Whereas, our "rights" are established in every law. codified in every Congressional Acts, and written in every Constitution.

In fact, State Legislatures have been careful to ensure that Court Cult members do not enjoy any privileges that non-members do not. For example, in Article II, Section 9 of the Arizona Constitution, the legislatures stated clearly that "No law granting irrevocably any privilege, franchise, or immunity shall be enacted." This was their way of saying, "No one is Immune from Accountability." Period.

In case that wasn't enough, in section 12, the Arizona Constitution states that "The liberty of conscience secured by the provisions of this constitution shall not be so construed as to excuse acts of licentiousness, or justify practices inconsistent with the peace and safety of the state." In other words, Court Cult members cannot use their "doctrines" as a license to violate the law and/or the Constitutional rights of the People.

In case that wasn't enough, in section 13, the Arizona Constitution states that "No law shall be enacted granting to any citizen or class of citizens, privileges or immunities which, upon the same terms, shall not equally belong to all citizens." In other words, if judges and attorneys are granted "immunity from accountability" then all citizens must be granted "immunity from accountability." No one, not even judges (what the legislature meant when they said, a "class of citizens") are immune from accountability when they disregard the law.

And, that phrase ("disregard the law") is what crimes are by their very nature: a criminal "disregards" the law when he commits a criminal act. Therefore, disregarding the law is a criminal act. Thus, every time a judge or an attorney "disregards the law, " they are commiting a crime for which they can (and should) be punished.

The religious "doctrine of immunity" isn't to protect judges and attorneys from frivolous prosecution... it's to protect them from being punished when they disregard the law... which, for most judges and attorneys, is a criminal act they commit every single day.

if a judge gives you a sentence that leaves you destitute such as paying child support you can't afford, you are just screwed. This is not a problem i've ever faced, but ya, there should for sure be exceptions.

Only a Sith deals in absolutes and palpatine would make a wicked judge. "Unlimited Power!!"

Absolute Immunity? No public official that breaks the law or refuses to enforce laws should be sentence to prison for obstructing justice and fraud

If a judge is acting outside of their official authority by providing their services under contract, do they lose immunity?
