I am a donor child and I somewhat agree because I feel like I never had an option to consent to not having my biological family in my life. It has caused a lot of sadness to me and I feel like egg and sperm donation is very unethical for the children, but usually parents do not even think about how that impacts children.

Honestly, every time my mom threatened me with "I put you on this world, and I can take you out, " I would piss her off because I presented the same argument. Considering the fact that I was always being bullied and was generally su*cidal anyways, I didn't care, especially since she always picked the dumbest times to bring this up. She always thought I was being sarcastic and would threaten to ground me, but she learned pretty quick to stop that argument.

If I remember correctly about this story it's because the kid grew up abused and ran away, eventually coming back to find out that because his younger sister had her period she was sold(dowry was given as people practiced that in their culture) and during her pregnancy shortly after this happened she died. She was really, really young. Hearing this he grabbed a knife and tried to kill the man, he stabbed him but ultimately the man lived and the kid was arrested. Eventually he managed to talk to some media outlet and got large amounts of attention, thus the argument came to be in court. The family alone before all this had like maybe 7 kids? And during the trial the wife/his mother was pregnant too. In which the kid argued that the parents shouldn't be allowed to have more kids.

It's a personal belief of mine that its immoral to make kids, I won't shame people for wanting to have kids, or get angry at kids for existing, but I don't think its very nice to put people into this horrible world
