I went to one of the most popular grocery stores in the country - Pyaterochka to get the products there that I usually buy. And to show you what exactly $15 can get you in Moscow, the capital of Russia. In addition, I showed the prices for all the other products in the store.

The purpose of this video is to prove to you that even in one of the most expensive cities in the world as Moscow you can still live on a budget!

Hope you enjoyed this video! If so, don't forget to push the like button and subscribe to my channel 💖

Very reasonable prices! Surprising for such a big city like Moscow.

I miss Russia, especially my place of study. Hoping that the border will open soon for international students. :’)

You can take us grocery shopping more often! Food is a good subject to discuss - what kind of icecream did you get? Thank you to your friend for camera work.

I really love this personal aspect you are covering! It is very relatable and touches everyday life. And it's great to learn about different standards of living. Of course you live in one of the biggest cities in the world and prices will be high and it is nice to see how much things cost

The prices are shocking! Here in Dallas, Texas ( USA) your basket of food would have easily been three times that much. Just a regular bottle of wine, nothing fancy or special, would be the price of your entire basket. I’m liking Russia more and more. 😎✨

Heheh in any part of California right now or Arizona, cherry tomatoes in that size are $5.00 - yes, правда!!! Bananas are about the same price. The package of chicken is about $6. 50. The Yogurts are now $1.50 each!!! США prices are going crazy!! (pasta is about the same). Хлеб is minimum $2. Thanks for the video :)

Crazy how cheap everything is compared to the states, I just spent $15 for one hotdog at a baseball game. lol

Love these videos from nearly 10, 000 kilometers away in Arizona. Awesome stuff keep crushing it!

*self checkout machines.

I was in Moscow last week for the first time in a year and a half. The "5 store" are on almost every corner. I shop at Metro cash and carry usually.

Stuff not found in Russia are pumpkin pies, water flavoring, pop tarts and powdered parmesan cheese. I move back December 1st to resume teaching English 🤗

I was living in St Pete in 2018, my fav things about Russian supermarkets are the herring in oil selection and the cottage cheese snacks covered in chocolate.

That looks to be more than I could buy for twice that amount in the states. If I ever get to Moscow it will be on a motorcycle via Europe, but on my way across the country. Its been a dream for years to spent like 45 days trekking across your country by motorcycle.

Great prices and a very interesting video. Here in Sweden it's a lot more expensive. For 15$ here i get like a dinner. And for the vodka, chepeast one here costs about 30$ and it is polish crap. (Sorry Polish people, I'm sure you have great alternatives too).

What a lovely video, such a nice energy. That shop looks cool, the checkout self-scan is always a blessing when stores have it. And your laugh is so sweet!
