Thank you! I used to stretch every time but then stopped because I felt “to loose” and didn’t have as much power. Since, I stopped these feelings went away and now I know why. 🙏

Great succinct clear info. BTW I would love you guys to do a tutorial on how to do the floor kip up you demo's in the video. I would actually be happy to pay for a full basic floor routine / tumbling program from you guys, as I'm sure it would be amazing!

If my karate coaches and senseis knew about this and told me this, my body would have been in a much better shape right now, and I would have likely competed with the national team, but instead I dropped out and almost quit everything. This was 20 years ago, and I never really reached my full physical potential. The home workout by Calisthenic Movement has helped me a lot and now after a break over the pandemic, I'm looking at coming back to karate training, or actually going into kung fu, because it's fun!
