I recently purchased the Sonos Move 2 speaker. The sound is incredible. I bought a B ose SOUnd Bar system (with SUb) and it just falls short. I am looking for an upgrade so your info on this new Ultra is going to help me make another decision

Ok so I understand you dont have this product yet, but to quote its capable of '9.1.4' when there appears to be only 2 upward firing speakers seems a bit of an over reach. The other interesting item to note is the shrinking weight of the Sub. It started with Gen1/2 being 16kg and is now listed as just over 11kg. Thats quite a weight saving based on what I wonder?

I can’t wait for this new speaker technology to make its way in their smallest & most affordable soundbar, the Sonos Ray; I’m currently using it paired with the sub mini. It’s great for a small apartment size room so I don’t see the need to go bigger

Just bought an Arc earlier this year. Would love to know if Sound Motion is worth the effort to sell the Arc and buy the Ultra.

Looking forward to the Arc Ultra, as an option for my first soundbar with my brand new LG G3.

In doubt about needing a sub (as the base might be better in the ultra). Is there even a case for adding a Sub Mini? Or is the expensive G4 the only real option?
And what about the rears? Is the Era100 good enough or should you really go for the era300?

No extra HDMI ports, no DTS:HD/X still makes them a weaker player just down to these two reasons.

I have been a long standing fan of Sonos products and support - until the App update. Sadly, experience was so poor that i won’t be buying again until post mortem and corrective actions are taken to make sure that Sonos won’t do it to us, their customers, again (I don’t mean just getting the app to work properly again). 😢
