I can’t wait! I’m picking it up on Tuesday from Best Buy. The performance jump that occurred from replacing my One SL’s with the Era 300’s was significant. The atmos performance alone was better than the old Arc. This update was needed. So my new system is Arc Ultra, two Era 300’s, and two subs (gen 3). Godzilla Minus One is going to sound AMAZING. Can’t wait to listen to music too

I had just ordered the regular arc and sub-gen 3 and enjoyed it for about 2 weeks. I Already pre-ordered the new ultra and gen 4 sub and sent back the regular arc and gen 3.

Im pretty sure its going to only be the quick trueplay like the era speakers. They also have it labeled as available on android but its not the same as the advanced one.

Hello, I have two questions.
Question 1: I have a Sanus Extendable Soundbar TV Mount Designed for Sonos Arc Sound bar for my current SONOS ARC, will this mount be compatible with the ARC ULTRA?

Question 2: I currently have a Sonos ARC + 2 ERA 300s + SUB GEN 3. for a 7.1 Atmos System. If I upgrade ONLY the ARC to the ARC Ultra would that give me that 9.1.6 audio or would I need to upgrade the SUB GEN 3 to SUB Gen 4?

I have the Arc v1, dual Gen 3 subs, and Fives as surrounds. Do you know if the Arc v2 will work with dual Gen 3 subs or will I need to upgrade one of the subs to Gen 4? Can the Arc v2 do dual subs?

I never had the Sonos Arc but I was always waiting for the nex gen to come out. I pre-ordered it online. I figured it was better to wait for the new version. Looking forward to my first experience using Dolby Atmos with my new LG OLED tv which is compatible

Same old, same old? It’s more drivers, but they are all squashed together. So the sound stage can only be so good. Thats why the sony quad is so impressive

What do you think: Add a sub mini to my Beam gen 2? Or return the Beam gen 2 to the store and only get the Arc Ultra? (No funding for an extra sub in that case :P)

Personally, I am not going to upgrade! I love my current set up with Sonos and that’s a Sonos art and the Sonos GEN three sub and as well as the pair of Sonos five! It’s an awesome sound. I love it.!👍

What I’ll probably do is wait for it to go to costco hopefully it comes within 6-8 months. Costco usually cares new sonos products. I will also just return the sonos arc at costco. I will probably swap it to save some money. Not a huge upgrade but I’m sure it is still a good upgrade. Sonos beam gen 1 to Gen 2 was a massive upgrade even if it was a little more expensive. Anyways Glad you are still making videos. Would love to hear your thoughts.

Really, the Arc doesn’t support Bluetooth, thats weird….. good video…. New sub should be good upgrade…

Sonos seems to be a great company delivering a great product, but I've watched 3 reviews now where they're laying this big huge claim that not much changed in 100 years and claiming this is going to be a huge change, yet no one has a clear explanation or any facts. Color me annoyed right now.

i could try the sonos arc ultra and honestly the change of the sound is not that big as the Sonos Arc. It is like to compare between an iPhone 15 and iPhone 16, not a big change. In conclusion, Sonos Arc and Ultra Both sound very similar.

I will not purchase the new Arc until Sonos proves it works as promised. Too many issues this year with the Sonos app. Let’s see how the rollout goes.

How can a company release major new products when the app is shambles?
No fortnightly promised updates, still no ability to edit play queue with Android version.
I would stay well clear until basic issues fixed. This hardware ain't cheap!

I will NEVER trust this absolutely disgusting company again, not after what they did to the app !! I have 2 SONOS systems 1st system = Arc, 2x subs & 2 x Era 300's as rears - 2nd system = Beam gen 2 & a pair of Era 100's as rears after the app went down I was hardly able to use either system for months ! NOT to its full potential - totally despicable I'm sure many other SONOS customers feel the same as I do ! How can a company put their customers through so much stress then within weeks launch a few new products & expect everyone to just forgive & put their hands in their pockets & spend even more money on new kit ? UNBELIEVABLE SONOS will never get another penny from me !

Inclusion of Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity and the bar being 9.1.4 capable seems to have been missed in this video.
