I am "skinny" but i struggle in shaping my jaw and face . I don't even eat processed food or salt or sugar etc .my IBM is like 23.9)

Very intelligent video! I also struggle with facial bloating & I notice that gut health & digestive issues are linked with mine as well as the other factors you mentioned.

Specifically if I'm not feeding my good gut bacteria well enough (probably has something important to do with hormone regulation) & when I'm digesting difficult foods (especially proteins or foods I'm intolerant to).

i have a similar problem, but not in my face, in my belly, it worries me because i wanna get rid of it but i am already skinny like, if i lose more weight most of it would be muscles and other parts of my body that dont need to lose weight. Because i weigh 55 kg, but in my belly maybe there are 1 or 2 extra kilos that are of course just a little bit, but just that causes a big difference on your belly and makes it protrude from your body, i wouldnt say im skinny fat, it doesnt go that far, but its still very noticeable and it is enough to cover almost completely my abs although i know they are in a better shape than average people's abs

I was also obese like you were and what I did was basically just eat less and not eat any sugar and drink a lot of water . And I went on hikes and did some push ups and stuff at home and my physique looks just like yours today
