I'm going to be one of those ppl to ask you maybe a silly question, buuuuttt how long would you recommend leaving Carbamide Peroxide at its highest concentration of 44%. I've read that its about 30 minutes. I didn't find that info on your blog because I think its not an at home recommended product, but I just wanted to know. Also what is used to keep the product from still migrating onto your gums, even if you have a form fitting tray. At the dentist I know they use some kind of resin? But I wanted to see if there was an at home equivalent.
