Glad to hear it because my Mom told me that whitening strips can remove the enamel from my teeth and without enamel my teeth can become weak and rot.

I just use some equate whitening strips that had expired over 2 years ago.... Only left them on for 22 minutes and my teeth look better after one application, as I brushed with Colgate sensitive toothpaste after I took them off. These trips have been in the back of my closet for a at least 2 years past expiration date and they still worked fantastically. The reason I'm posting this is I looked at about a dozen different opinions and they all said not to use them they wouldn't be any good blah blah blah. They just want you to go buy more and throw the ones out that you have so they can make more money. However they may have been a little weaker I don't know but they work great for me. And I'm in my 60s

Hi I’m a little confused; first you say we should only use whitening on healthy enamel, but then later in the video you mentioned that you will whiten a patient’s teeth FIRST and then you do the filling after, in order to match the filling to the whitened tooth. But doesn’t this contradict your first statement?

You say you can use two of the boxes per year but I couldn't tell how many strips were in the box you showed. How often can I use the Crest whitening strips? Once a week, every day?

My teeth soak up the red color when I drink red whine like when you dye blond hair with red dye.
Everything stains my teeth soo quick it's crazy! I think so. Etching is wrong with my enamel.
Does that mean these teeth won't respond well or at all to teeth whitening?

What if you do have “yellower” fillings? Would I need to get them replaced? Or are there any way to personally whiten fillings? I notice that most of my teeth are natural and whiter than the fillings which unfortunately I have a yellower toned filling on one of my front teeth and the difference is noticeable.
