Chest binding (how to bind/DIY chest binder, facts and advice)

The most viewed video on my channel is "I tried to make a chest binder", and several people have told me they have tried to make one the way I did, but I don't even know if it is safe or works for other people, so I decided to make this video instead.
Also, I tried wearing the binder the other day and it didn't stay up, so if you have the same problem then just make some shoulder straps out of some fabric and sow/glue them on.
