Voila donc un petit tuto qui j'espère vous aura plus ! Ce petit binder va mettre très utiles pour de prochain crossplay !
Néanmoins je ne le porterais que très rarement ces pourquoi je n'en ai pas acheter !

tysm! my mom isn't exactly the most supportive and definitely wouldn't let me get a binder, but i do a lot of sewing and costumes so i could do this in secret :)

Hwo to make one ( english though because my French isnt that good tbh )
1. Measure your chest with measuring tape ( very important tha tyou do measure cause otherwise that is a BIG issue )
2. Once measured get some fabric ( preferably breathable but if you want tto suffocate I suppose that's ok as long as you dont die from it )
3. Now go measure you fabric so it's long enough a d fold it in half the other way ( so it is the same length around your chest just thinner )
4. See the edge ( hand sewing is completely fine )
5. Get elastic ( now cut it basically)
6. Now sew all the plastic on by both ends ( watch video for that part cause I'm not good at explaining )
