Binding with bandages is EXTREMELY unsafe. It can cause the collapse of your ribs, breathing problems and can even be fatal.
No matter how bad your dysphoria is or whatever is going on please please please be safe.

Do NOT use this method.

Dysphoria sucks but you can't risk your life and health for binding. If you are bringing safe never do exercise in a binder and never wear the binder for more then 6 hours and 30 minutes. Give your body breaks from binding whether it is 3 days a week or on weekends.

Nope, lads don't do that, it might work for flattening your chest but honestly it's not worth the damage it can cause to your chest tissue and especially your rib cage. I know chest disforia is a real pain in the ass, but please don't hurt yourself.
