How to bind your chest according to your body type

These are only meant as guidelines and tips to help you to choice a binder that will work for your body. The binder marketplace is growing swiftly and there is more and more choice out there! I use a selection of binders in this video, check out my channel and reviews for more information.

Great video! Wish I saw this before ordering my first binder. I haven’t tried it on yet so I can’t complain and I have to acknowledge that it is a privilege and a blessing that I can afford one, wear one, etc. but great video and I’ll keep it in mind when looking for binders in the future. I wish I could try on and compare. I've never seen binders sold in person and being fat and large chested means my options tend to be limited. Ill keep looking with this advice in mind. I don't know exactly where to look, have a few recommendations but they all look pretty much the same. Think i want light compression, because i just want to be smaller not really flat and i have sensory issues.

Once you go past a 36 Dd they just dont work iam.a 42 So I have no chance they work for the lady in the video because she isnt large in stature nor does she have a large breast size you need to bring on larger models with much larger breasts then you will see that breast look like a mono boob

I have a smallish chest but a big body (I’m a bit fat) and would prefer to have a binder with a zipper so it’s easier to put on and off. Any recommendations?
