to note, this product works so because of sulfur. It contains Sulfur, Salicylic Acid, Zinc Oxide, Calamine and Glycerin. The real acne fighting ingredients are sulfur, salicylic acid and zinc oxide. If you're the type to have dry and/or sensitive to calamine skin, this may not work, it didn't for me. Keyword: MAY. But using a salicylic acid spot treatment, a sulfur spray and rash cream whose main ingredient is zinc oxide, you can get a very similar effect. I started using a normal cleanser (since BHAs like salicylic acid were too much for my dry skin), then the sulfur spray as a toner, moisturiser and zinc oxide-based rash cream. Worked like a charm since this product didn't because of the calamine.
