Reality of this news is that HR people rejecting it and now making its looks like System fault. Even manager it self confronted on the email as well. Hiring Process take time for 3 months and still not find a suitable candidate or even question the system at that time, Technical team will check on the issue if the question raised and solved it accordingly. Looking into current market. My suggestion for the youth

1. Have decent education may be 10 or 12 maximum . Just passing is enough.

2. While doing education one should have to develop skills to earn and should be able to earn at least to fill his basic needs without depending on parents.

3. Life is not easy learn to adjust and respect.

4. Have discipline in your business and work with trust and honor.

5. No work is small or big . That's why vendor on streets earn more than an engineer.

6. Marry early after 12 th and be responsible

7. Early marriage is also early retirement.

I'm an engineer by profession but I look the world from the top and believe that education is expensive from now on and no quality to live happy life .

Instead go back to traditional earning like farming, agriculture, skill jobs at root level which will never have impact of recession or inflation.

Education system is a trap and generating more labors to make certain persons rich notting else.

First 20 years we spend on schools and colleges and rest of our life we try to recover spent. Instead same amount is invested in SIP you will be much richer than having degree... if you don't trust use Google to calculate SIP for 20 years and comment.
