The sad part is most ceos have employees like these and never realize how hard they work for the company.

It is nice that you gave a handful of staff a helping hand, according to the video. But ALL of your employees play a role in making your company run smoothly, so I hope you gave everyone a raise to show your appreciation. (Hopefully, he reads this lol)

Did I miss something? What happened to the boss that fired him? That was absolutely unfulfilling. That’s swell about everyone els, but now that he got fired, the only employee I care to see what happened to is Big Bald Boss man.

You can’t just judge one persons reaction to one incident. They’ve been doing it for years and eventually the stress and knowing exactly what’s coming gets to you. The boss sits there for what one or two jobs and thinks he understands everything. People have things going on in their life in their work in the families that just never get taken into account. Maybe 99 out of 100 days that employee is stellar. You see .01 % of their work and make a judgment

How can you fire a man who just lost his child!! 😪 Some people are not worth living under the name 'human being'

I work for an Oil field company where the owner is on shift for most of the industrial cleaning jobs we do. He knows how to run every piece of equipment and doesn't shirk in the setup or teardown. He doesn't sit in a pickup! He definitely walks his talk. We have had even the dispatch lady running a truck to give an employee a much needed break.

I worked for Michael Rubin @ GSI from 2006 thru 2011 when he sold the company to Ebay "on the golf course":😂 He is one terrific human being & true gentleman that shows great interest & kindness to his employees... not just on this show...
One of a kind, truly... not flawless, as none of us are... but is a little magnet...with a good heart!!!❤

Honestly props to this guy, sometimes it's easy to forget that we are all human. No matter how "big" or "small"

Yeaaaah.... I quit watching when he " got upset" because of how the customer was talked to. Goes to prove that these people have no idea how the public reality is.

I have done all annoying jobs in my company myself. But I appreciate somebody trying to switch roles from time to time. It's an eye-opener.

Though her handling of that call isn't something I can defend, I _can_ say that working in those call centers is a soul-sucking job. As most people that have ever worked in retail would agree, working in _any_ customer service position during the holidays buys you a front-row ticket to see humanity at its worst and most entitled. But working in a big-box store is quite different than dealing with customers that never wanted to call you in the first place. As it is online, people are much happier to be nasty to someone they're not face-to-face with and if they've had a bad day before calling you, they almost seem intent on ensuring yours is too.

He got fired, was the best part of the episode. It made me laugh.

I think that all managers and bosses should do this regardless of the organisation. I worked in healthcare and our managers live in an ivory tower, never having any contact with patients and their carers but having the gall to tell us how the “work” should be done!
