Fear, worry or doubt is often caused by something that we feel we should have said or done that we feel is wrong. It can be caused by our own actions, past experiences or something that genuinely scares us in the heat of the moment.
So must overcome fear to feel the essence of life.
Nothing in life is to be feared!

I have behavior problems as a result of the emotional abuse of my childhood by my parents, and it has not been easy to deal with my temper which eventually l tried to be more disciplined and tolerant as well, although is not a easy task.
