sick tutorial 👍 works like a charm still, just wish you had instructed how to make it sapphire delete its own message after creating a new ticket but i figured it out personally anyways :)

Cool now you can customize the message without even buying ticket tool premium. I think using sapphire custom branding would be more better bcz it provides less downtime unlike the original sapphire so yeah.

This works great! But there's one issue, every time I open a ticket, it sends a message saying what the panel says. ( $new ${userid} Support ). Is there a way to fix this?
