Hi! The combination with Ticket Tool doesn't work somehow for me. I created the panel with sapphire and that all works completly fine. I can select all three of my options but it doesn't create a ticket. I did everything you did and I got the categories setup and everything. It just sends the ticket code into the channels as expected but no ticket opens.
But it perfectly creates tickets without Sapphire. So Ticket tool does got enough permission.
What could I do to fix this?

Hi i did that what you say and it works but only for some days the code kathegorie is still works but the ticket doesnt pop up whats the problem???

Hey bro can u plz help me I did everything correct but bro when I created the ticket only I and support team are able to see the tickets the person creating ticket is unable to see it and also when it creates a ticket so It is pinging Sapphire instead of the person who is creating the ticket

Will it be possible to add an embed message to the beginning of the channel every time a new ticket is created?

I don't speak English, I'm Spanish, so maybe I won't be understood correctly, but basically those types of messages would serve as a kind of "guidance" so that the user who opens a ticket knows exactly what to do or extra information. It would work as a fixed message that is created by default when creating a new channel every time the user creates a ticket.
