I need to work according to these tops. Right going to the gym to practice all this. These days, my exercises are mainly to resolve issues of my knees and strenghthening my quads.

Hi I do appreciate your videos .Now I wanted to ask can you make a video o how to do lunges and to raise back up from the floor.I have a weak lumbar and pelvis. I did practice my hip hinges then proper body alignment to do go slowly to the floor from standing but I getstuck on how to get back up without support. Please help .thank you.

You never mentioned to squat wide stance like a horse stance which activates gluteal muscles more in relation to narrow stance benefitting quadriceps more.
