I feel so proud to be a user of Blender.
Incredible feature set all for FREE! The Extrude manifold is a nod towards Hardops plugin as I use this and Boxcutter. The only money I've spent on Blender is 3rd party plugins which are a fantastic at speeding up the artistic workflow.
Blender is a great tool for lots of things. Hats off to the Blender team for bringing yet another quality update!

guys, ive been thinking about alot of things recently, ive made a few small animations in blender and kinda know how it works, but ive never dedicated enough time to really learn how EVERYTHING works and I really should have done that. I started going to a stem highschool for computer science, and I want to be able to implement 3D models into the game that im working on. After seeing how many things got added in this update, I am going to now go head first into tutorials and the like to try and get all the knowlege that i need so I can finally do my dream job of becoming a game developer, it may seem that you don't need to have the best 3D graphics to make a good game, but with the idea that I have it would make the game that much better, and would make it stand out more. I know that it seems like im rableing, but after watching this video and seeing the love and care the developers are putting into blender, I want it to be what I use to make my game, and I want it to inspire other people to use it.

I give it 5 years before Blender becomes the actual industry standard. A major issue left to address is the production pipeline issue (which is the main reason major companies don't want to switch), but this is immense progress nonetheless
