How to pass the test video

Hello Everyone!
Hope studying has not been driving you too nuts, do not stress you got this. I made a nice video study guide for you guys to watch, I also go over every overactive and underactive muscles that are associated with each movement. This guide should just be one more tool to help you study for your NASM CPT test and pass your first try.
I will say to not get overwhelmed on memorizing every over and under active muscle for passing the test, although it will be beneficial for you to know to be the best trainer you possibly can.
Let me know if you have any questions and be sure to hit that subscribe button!

This was so much help and very clear now thank you so much! I’ve been putting my studying off because it’s been so confusing and I’m a visual person big time so seeing this and explaining it has me excited now to get back on it. I needed this thank you! I will be closely following!

I need an explanation of why particular muscles are over or under active, I can just look in the book to see which muscles are classified as over or under active.
