Hi, thank you so much for that reminder about the fake service dog vest. Like I was telling another person who commented I have been a 20 year handler of Guide Dogs and this kind of thing always makes me so furious! I’ve turned in people before for being fake. The main difference is the dogs, attitude and behavior. A dog is running around barking, sniffing pooping on the floor, etc is not a service dog. A service dog has a quiet demeanor as well behaved minds when given a command, and looks immediately to the handler for information. Most people don’t even know I have a dog under the table or with me behind the counter that is the perfect mark of a service animal. Unobtrusive is the dogs, middle name, technically.

Agreed. When I walk a dog I let them sniff a lot ! I call it checking the mail/ messages . Then the owners started showing more patience and waited to let the dog get his wiffs in ❤❤❤

Maybe because I'm a dog lover...but I can instantly distinguish the difference between a service dog, and a pet .

I have four dogs and sometimes I bring my service dog somewhere she does not want to go and I don't know why

So if it is my Dog why does it matter if I let him/her Jump up on me for Loves. I love when I kneel down and my Bog Jumps up and gives me Hugs and he loves it also. I dont see how it is a Bad Habit.
